Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
- If your appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment date, there will be a 100% charge of your scheduled services amount to the card on file.
Late Policy:
- If you are running late, you MUST contact the Salon prior to the scheduled appointment time and let the owner know.
- If you are more than 10 minutes late and you do not speak to the owner, you will be charged a $50 fee to the card on file.
No Show:
- No call No Shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled services amount to card on file.
