Cancellation Policy: - If your appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment date, there will be a 100% charge of your scheduled services amount to the card on file. Late Policy: - If you are running late, you MUST contact the Salon prior to the scheduled appointment time and let the owner know. - If you are more than 10 minutes late and you do not speak to the owner, you will be charged a $50 fee to the card on file. No Show: - No call No Shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled services amount to card on file. *The day of service you pay in full* Salon Wellness Policy: For the health and comfort of all our guests and staff, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms: cough, sneezing, or sore throat. If you arrive to your appointment with visible signs of illness (such as coughing or sneezing), we will be unable to provide your service. Your appointment will need to be rescheduled for a later date when you are feeling better, and a $50 rescheduling fee will apply.
